Illustrations for the book “Friend”

The book “Friend” is a collection of stories written by Victoria Vasilyevna Petrasheva – Itelmen scholar and storyteller. She wrote those stories in memory of her favorite dog – an Irish Setter named Marik.

The book is illustrated by Viktoria’s friend Ludmila Mironovna Gileva (Helol), a Koryak artist.

The book was released in 2021.
