About Artist
I was born in the village of Sukhana, Olenek region. I graduated Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in Moscow and worked as an accountant in various organizations and enterprises. At this time I have retired and live in Yakutsk, where I have the opportunity to engage in applied art.
Since childhood, my mother taught me how to sew, make skins and bead. Since 2015, I have been seriously engaged in beadwork, studying beading techniques and sewing with two needles.
In my work I try to recreate designs that I remember from my childhood. I also work on recreating Even objects that are exhibited in museums. My goal is to preserve unique traditional culture of my people.
